We bring a service of ticket logging to all the members of the Colony.

Please log/raise any concern with the Managing Committee. Please send a mail to ‘ support@ramnagarcolony.in ‘ with details of your concern.

Each mail received on this mail will be logged as a ticket with a Ticket Id and will get attended to. This ticket will remain live till resolved or closed.

To facilitate location marking we have mapped the whole colony into sections using lamp poles as markers. All lamp poles have been numbered from 1 to 98 thus making small sections of about 25 mtrs each. You may refer to location with reference to the nearest pole number or stretch between two poles.

You may include following types of concerns in the subject line for easy sorting along with location as determined above.

6. Unauthorized vehicles

7. Water on road
