Welcome to our website. Ramnagar Colony is on the Bavdhan Pashan Road on the western side of Pune. It is a private residential colony and no commercial activity is allowed within the Colony. The Colony was registered as a Society under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with Registrar of Societies and as a Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Bom XXIX of 1950) with Charity Commissioner Pune Region on 23rd May 1969.

BUILDINGS – There are 45 societies in the Colony. There are also 17 bungalows and row houses. Take a tour of the colony using the link below.

ROADS – The Colony has about 2.5 kms long road sections laid in a geometric layout. Colony West side (also called as River side) has about 1.8 kms and Colony East side ( also called as Hill side) has about 0.7 kms.

RIVER & HILLS – The Colony has a boundary line of about 1km with Ram Nadi. Extremely good ground water and natural flow of rainwater in the river.

TREES – The Colony has over 500 trees of large variety. To name a few – Gulmohur, Banyan, Peepal, Neem, Mango, Psycus etc. These play natural host to variety of birds. Each house in the colony can become a holiday resort.
