This is further to our advisory dtd 2nd July, 2020.

We are pleased to share that MC has approved Tata Sky Broadband and YOU  Broadband to deploy fiber  networks in our colony after extended discussions . They have assured to complete the trunk network deployment in 45 days’ time. Copy of NOC is available in the office for member’s perusal if any member wishes so. 

Tata network is  ‘ Fiber to Home’ type where  active device  will be installed at user’s home only. 

YOU network is ‘Fiber to Premises’  type where some active devices may be installed within each society as per society size and preferences. Cost of power for these, if taken from society, will be borne by YOU BB.

Members and the societies will be free to choose from any of these ISPs. 

This scheme will ensure that minimum cables are laid in the common aerial space.

Phase 1  will be deployment of the ring network. A  trunk cable will connect each building through a passive network device installed on top of each building. No power equipment will be deployed anywhere in common areas of the colony.

Phase 2 will be laying of internal cables and network components in each building as per  society’s needs. Progress of this phase will be as per each society’s pace.

We are evaluating other service providers to provide more choice.
