In the second issue, we are covering the activities carried out during July 01 – September 30, 2015.
Broad summary is as follows:
Annual General-body Meeting (AGM):
· After completion of the Annual Audit, the documents along with Invitation for 41st AGM, Secretary’s Report and Proposed Budget for 2015-16 were circulated to all members on July 30, 2015
· 41st Annual General-body Meeting was held on August 29, 2015. Sixty three members/ co-owners/ residents participated. Audited accounts for 2014-15 and budget for 2015-16 were submitted to Charity Commissioner
Legal Matters:
· The office of Department of Land Records located at Paud was visited and followed up for updating the records of RCM common properties till date
· Advocate was briefed on case filed by Ujwala Estate (regarding matters associated with Plot 3C) on RCM
· Mr. Anil Revankar stalled the process related to Change Reports at Charity Commissioner’s office on August 28, 2015. Same is being addressed for which legal advice has been taken and an Advocate has been appointed
Laying of HT/ LT electric cables underground:
· A meeting of MSEDCL officials and members of RCM was arranged with the local MLA – Mr. Bhimrao Tapkir – at RCM lawns on July 19, 2015 for completion of laying HT/ LT electric cables underground.
· The work commenced immediately following the meeting and is expected completion by October 2015
Cleanliness and Beautification of RCM:
· Local ward office at Kothrud was followed up to remove garden waste. PMC agreed to provide a truck without charge every fortnight to remove garden waste. Additional truck is available on chargeable basis
· PMC arranged to spray medicines at regular intervals in RCM and Ram nadi to control mosquito breeding
· Storm water drain on both sides of the road along Sai Kamal upto Montvert was cleaned in September
· Repair of storm water drain on Hill-side and River-side was undertaken in September
· Plastic waste along roads on Hill-side and River-side was removed in September
Security:
· A flood light each was installed at the corner of Runwall Platinum and in front of Shagun Nisarg to enhance lights on Hill-side
· A CCTV camera was installed on Hill Side to keep watch on newly installed gate near Runwal Platinum
Miscellaneous:
· Following due diligence, a formal letter (NOC) was issued to MNGL to approach respective societies/ members with their proposal for installation of Piped Gas
· Following five Proposals were submitted online in September to PMC under Participatory Budgeting Suggestion:
a) Equipment to dispose the garden waste
b) Construction of footpath with the colony
c) Two public toilets ( one on each side of RCM )
d) t traffic signal at T Junction ( intersection of NDA Road and HEMRL Road)
e) Traffic signal at main entrance of Ramnagar Coloy
